Q1: What exactly does Soccer IQ Network do?
We provide professional match performance analysis for youth soccer players. Using your match footage, we break down key actions (positioning, decision‑making, passing, defensive impact) and deliver a clear, visual report that shows strengths, growth areas, and actionable recommendations.
Q2: Who can use your services?
Any youth soccer player from U13 to U23. Parents, coaches, and clubs can also purchase services on behalf of a player or squad. All the reports are customized based on the type of service and also on the type of player that is being analyzed.
Q3: Do I need to be a professional player?
Not at all. Our services are designed for dedicated amateur and competitive youth players who want to improve and gain a clear edge. To access any of our services (e.g., match analysis, season tracking, mentorship, Spain Experience), you must be a registered customer. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the applicable order form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your registration details. You do not need to create a user account to browse the Site, but you must complete the registration process (including providing contact and payment information) before purchasing or using any service.
Process & Technical
Q4: How do I send you my match footage?
Once you have selected a service and we have successfully received payment for it via the specified method, you’ll receive a secure link to upload your video to be analyzed.
Q5: What quality does the video need to be?
We need to clearly see the player’s movements and the ball. A full‑field or wide angle from a stable camera (tripod or high stand) works best. Avoid shaky handheld footage.
Q6: How long does it take to get my report?
Core Report: delivered within 2–3 business days after video submission. The remaining elements of the service (mentoring, improvement exercises, etc.) will be agreed upon individually with the client.
Q7: Can I get a sample report before buying?
We do not offer free sample reports. However, you can view detailed service descriptions, sample dashboard visuals, and a breakdown of what each report includes on our website. If you have specific questions, our team is happy to help.
Age & Parental Consent
Q8: My child is under 18. Can they use the service?
Yes, but a parent or legal guardian must register and provide consent. During checkout, you will confirm that you are the parent/guardian and agree to our Client Service Agreement.
Q9: What if the player is under 13?
Under U.S. federal law (COPPA), we require additional verifiable parental consent. You will be guided through a simple verification step (e.g., credit card verification or signed form) before we process any data.
Q10: Do I need permission from other players appearing in the video?
Yes. You are responsible for obtaining consent from any identifiable teammates, opponents, or referees. By submitting footage, you confirm you have those permissions.
Privacy & Data
Q11: How do you protect my child’s data?
We use secure cloud storage, encrypt all video and report files, and limit access to authorized analysts only. We never sell personal information. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Q12: Do you share videos with third parties?
We use trusted service providers (cloud storage, video processing) to deliver our services. These providers are contractually bound to keep data confidential and use it only for your analysis. We do not share data for marketing or AI training without separate consent.
Q13: Can I delete my child’s videos after the analysis?
Yes. After your report is delivered, you may request deletion of your raw footage. We retain anonymized performance metrics for benchmarking purposes, but all identifiable data can be removed upon request.
Payments & Refunds
Q14: What payment methods do you accept?
The payment method for our services is via bank transfer. Once the service the customer wishes to receive has been agreed upon, we will provide an invoice with the necessary bank details and the amount due.
Q15: Are there refunds?
Core Report: Because analysis begins immediately after video submission, we do not offer refunds once work has started. Season services: No refunds for the portion of the season already completed. Early cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of remaining fees. See our Client Service Agreement for details.
Q16: Do you offer discounts for clubs or multiple players?
Yes. Contact us for a custom quote based on the number of players and the services needed.
Elite Mentorship & Spain Experience
Q17: What’s the difference between Performance Intelligence and Elite Mentorship?
Performance Intelligence provides detailed reports and recommendations. Elite Mentorship adds monthly 1:1 video calls with a pro analyst, deeper decision‑making analysis, and career guidance.
Q18: Who qualifies for the Spain Experience?
Only current Elite Mentorship clients (minimum one season recommended) who are 18 years or older. It is an additional paid program that includes trials with Spanish professional academies.
Q19: Do I need to speak Spanish to participate in the Spain Experience?
No. Coaching staff and our support team will communicate in English. However, basic Spanish phrases can be helpful.
Clubs & Coaches
Q20: Can you analyze my entire team?
Yes. Our Club Performance Insights provide team‑level reports, line‑by‑line breakdowns, and individual player tracking for your squad. Contact us for a demo.
Q21: How do coaches receive the data?
Coaches receive a secure, view‑only team report delivered through a private dashboard. Individual player reports can be shared with parents in the same non‑downloadable format, ensuring data remains protected while providing full transparency.
