Soccer IQ Network is the trade name for Estiera Sport LLC, a Florida Based Limited Liability Company. These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, any referenced policies or disclaimers, and any other written agreement entered into by you and Soccer IQ Network (collectively, the “Agreement”), govern your use of our website (www.socceriqnetwork.com), our mobile apps, and related services (collectively, our "Services"). Throughout this Agreement, we will refer to ourselves as "Soccer IQ Network"; "us"; “our,” or "we".
As the user of our Services, or the authorized agent or guardian of the user, we may reference you in this Agreement as “you” “your” or “User.” If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization or team, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms, in which case “you” or “User” shall also apply to said organization or team.
Minors under 18 and at least 13 years of age are only permitted to use our Services through an account owned by a parent or legal guardian with their consent and under their direct supervision, in which case both the minor and parent or guardian serve as Users of this site, and are equally bound to this Agreement.
As used in these Terms of Use, references to our "Affiliates"; include our owners, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, or employees.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR SITE OR SERVICES.
1. USER'S ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS Your access to the Services provided by Soccer IQ Network is contingent upon your full adherence to the terms, conditions, and notices outlined within this Agreement.
BY REGISTERING FOR OR USING THIS SITE, YOU ARE ENTERING INTO A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT. THIS MEANS YOU AGREE TO FOLLOW OUR TERMS OF USE AND ALL OTHER POLICIES REFERENCED ON OUR WEBSITE.
IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, YOU MUST EXIT THE SITE IMMEDIATELY. IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH OUR CONTENT, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES, YOUR ONLY OPTION IS TO STOP USING THEM. THIS AGREEMENT TAKES EFFECT THE MOMENT YOU BEGIN USING THE SITE.
Change to these Terms. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Such changes, modifications, additions, or deletions shall be effective immediately. Notice of such change may be given by means including, but not limited to issuing an e-mail to the e-mail address listed by registered Users and posting the revised terms on this page. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to maintain a valid email address as a registered User. Your continued use of the site will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Terms of Use; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms of Use.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. Soccer IQ Network is a specialized developmental platform designed to elevate the performance of youth and adult soccer players by integrating modern technology with professional coaching expertise. Our tech-enabled coaching tool turns game film into a roadmap for individual player advancement. Subject to the Client Service.
Agreement entered into by you and Soccer IQ, our Services may include:
▪ Match performance reports (individual player analysis)
▪ Advanced analytics dashboards and metrics
▪ Season-long performance tracking
▪ Optional expert analysis from licensed coaches
▪ Optional mentorship and development guidance
▪ Optional international exposure programs (e.g., Spain Experience)
ALL SERVICES ARE INFORMATIONAL AND ANALYTICAL IN NATURE AND DO NOT GUARANTEE ATHLETIC OUTCOMES, SELECTION, RECRUITMENT OR ADVANCEMENT.
Integration With Client Service Agreement. Certain premium, personalized or customized coaching, mentorship, or third-party coordination services cannot be fully automated through this website and may be provided off-platform, in whole or in part. Even if these services occur off- platform, they are still governed by both our Terms and Conditions and your Client Service Agreement. These Terms of Use are intended to supplement, not replace, your Client Service Agreement. To the extent that any provision of these Terms regarding site conduct, security, or intellectual property conflicts with your Client Service Agreement, these Terms shall control
with respect to your use of the Site, while the Client Service Agreement shall control all other aspects of the professional relationship. Any breach of these Terms of Use shall also be deemed a material breach of your Client Service Agreement.
Equipment. You are solely responsible for providing, at your own expense, all equipment necessary to use our Services. This includes your own computer, a reliable internet connection, and the software or hardware required to upload your match videos. Any costs related to this equipment or your internet service are your responsibility.
Content Monitoring. Removal. Loss of Data. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality, and reliability of any data, video, or documentation you upload to your dashboard. We do not monitor or audit files uploaded by users as a matter of course. However, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any content that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to our systems (such as files containing viruses), or is otherwise inaccurate or objectionable. While we implement security measures to protect your dashboard, we are not responsible for the failure or delay in removing non-compliant content, nor are we liable for the
loss or corruption of any data you upload. You are encouraged to maintain independent backups of all materials. You agree to hold Soccer IQ Network harmless from any third-party claims resulting from the materials you host or store on our Site.
Technical Requirements and Data Quality. You are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded content meets our minimum technical specifications for resolution, format, and clarity. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any reports, analytics, or services derived from poor- quality, illegible, or corrupted source material. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to reject or delete files that do not meet our quality standards or that are insufficient for our analysis or usage.
- Minimum Technical Specifications. To ensure the accuracy of your coaching reports and analytics, all video uploads
must meet the following criteria:
1. Resolution & Aspect Ratio
● Minimum: 1080p Full HD.
● Recommended: 4K for wide-angle tactical shots.
● Aspect Ratio: 16:9 (Widescreen).
● Note: Videos recorded in "Portrait"; mode or lower than 720p may be rejected or labeled as "Low Quality Analysis".
2. Frame Rate (FPS)
● Minimum: 30 fps (Frames Per Second).
● Recommended: 60 fps.
3. Supported File Formats
● Primary: .MP4 or .MOV
4. Visual Clarity & Stability
● Lighting: Footage must be sufficiently bright to distinguish player jerseys and ball contrast.
● Stability: Use of a tripod or stabilized mount (like a Veo or Pixellot system) is highly recommended.
● Obstructions: The field of play must be clear of physical obstructions (e.g., fence links, spectators) that block more than 5% of the frame.
3. REGISTRATION DATA AND PRIVACY
In order to access some of the services on this site, you will require a separate account and password that can be obtained by completing our online registration form, which requests certain information and data ("Registration Data") and maintaining and updating your Registration Data as required. By registering, you agree that all information provided in the Registration Data is true and accurate and that you will maintain and update this information as required in order to keep it current, complete and accurate.
As previously noted, minors under 18 and at least 13 years of age are only permitted to use our Services through an account owned by a parent or legal guardian with their consent and under their direct supervision. Children under 13 years are not permitted to use Soccer IQ Network or the Services. Parents and legal guardians who supervise minors’ use of our Services are responsible for any and all account activity conducted by a minor on the account. There may be commercial products or services available on this site that you may want to consider limiting a minor's access to. User grant us the right to disclose to third parties certain Registration Data about User. The information we obtain through your use of this site, including your Registration Data, is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is specifically incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.
4. PAYMENT OF FEES
Billing Authorization. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. By enrolling in our Service or completing a purchase, you expressly authorize SOCCER IQ NETWORK (Or Our Third-Party Payment Processor) to charge your designated payment method for all charges incurred. You authorize us to store your payment credentials to facilitate future transactions and recurring billing. Subscriptions And Auto-Renewals.
IF YOU PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION, IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE END OF EACH BILLING PERIOD UNLESS YOU CANCEL IT IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR TERMINATION POLICY IN THIS AGREEMENT. BY ENROLLING, YOU GRANT US CONTINUOUS AND RECURRING AUTHORIZATION TO CHARGE YOUR SELECTED PAYMENT METHOD FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP. THESE RECURRING CHARGES WILL OCCUR AUTOMATICALLY WITHOUT REQUIRING SEPARATE APPROVAL FOR EACH TRANSACTION. THE FREQUENCY OF YOUR BILLING CYCLE—WHETHER MONTHLY, ANNUALLY, OR OTHERWISE—IS DETERMINED BY THE PLAN SELECTED AT THE TIME OF YOUR INITIAL ENROLLMENT.
Account Maintenance And Non-Payment. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and to update us within thirty (30) days of any changes to your payment method. If your credit card company refuses to pay the amount billed, we may, at our option, suspend or terminate your access to Services. In such cases, you remain responsible for all overdue amounts, accrued interest at the maximum rate permitted by law, and administrative costs. you agree that until services are formally terminated, you will continue to accrue charges for which you remain responsible, regardless of actual usage.
No liability. User acknowledges that SOCCER IQ NETWORK has no obligation to contact Users to request updated billing information or to resolve billing discrepancies. It is the User's sole responsibility to maintain accurate, current, and complete payment credentials on the site. User expressly authorizes SOCCER IQ NETWORK to make multiple attempts to process payment if an initial transaction is declined. USER HEREBY WAIVES ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION AGAINST SOCCER IQ NETWORK ARISING FROM REPEATED PROCESSING ATTEMPTS OR THE FAILURE TO NOTIFY USER OF EXPIRED OR INVALID BILLING DATA.
Collection Costs. IN THE EVENT LEGAL ACTION IS NECESSARY TO COLLECT BALANCES DUE, YOU AGREE TO REIMBURSE US FOR ALL EXPENSES INCURRED TO RECOVER SUMS DUE, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES AND OTHER LEGAL EXPENSES.
Chargebacks. A chargeback occurs when a cardholder questions payment with their card issuer, which after a formal dispute, may immediately reverse the payment. Users understand that Soccer IQ Network does not refund any Fees. YOU AGREE THAT YOU SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND OF ANY FEES, INCLUDING SUBSCRIPTION FEES, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. YOU HEREBY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE BACK FOR ANY REASON. In the event you seek a Charge Back, and it’s granted, User agrees to pay Soccer IQ Network a $15 chargeback fee, which the User hereby authorizes Soccer IQ Network to deduct from User’s account or credit card on file.
No Refunds. Except as otherwise provided by specific service agreements or required by applicable law, all sales are final. Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
5. CONDUCT ON SITE
Your use of the Services is subject to all applicable laws and these Terms. You are solely responsible for any content you upload, post, or transmit through this site. By accessing the Services, you agree not to distribute any content or engage in any activity that:
(a) Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, tortious, contains explicit or graphic
descriptions or accounts of sexual acts (including but not limited to sexual language of a violent or threatening nature directed at another individual or group of individuals), or otherwise violates our rules or policies;
(b) Victimizes, harasses, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;
(c) Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other proprietary right of any party;
(d) Constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk, or bulk e-mail (also known as "spamming"), chain letters, any other form of unauthorized solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling;
(e) Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software,
hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of any third party;
(f) Impersonates any person or entity, including any of our employees or representatives;
(g) Is false and misleading or uses the Services in a manner that is fraudulent or deceptive;
(h) Promotes any other brand, company, product, or enterprise on the site or Services;
(i) Is a misuse of our site, or use in ways not intended or agreed upon;
(j) Violates any requirements of this Agreement or the Client Service Agreement;
(k) Violates rules or regulations of any sports governing body regulations;
(l) Uses any automated systems, including “robots,” “spiders,” or “offline readers,” to access the Services or extract data without our prior written consent;
(m) Is an attempt to decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any of the software, scripts, or proprietary analytics dashboards that support the Services;
(n) Seeks to use the Services, or any data obtained therefrom, to develop a competing product or for any unauthorized commercial revenue-generation;
(o) Constitutes the sell, license, copy, or redistribution of any reports or analytics generated by our Service to any third party;
(p) Harasses, threatens, or intimidates any of our employees, contractors, or agents engaged in providing the Services to you;
(q) Circumvents, disables, or otherwise interferes with security-related features of the Services or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content; or
(r) Imposes, or may impose, in our sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our technical infrastructure.
System and Network Security. You are strictly prohibited from using your account to breach the security of another account or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any other network or server. Not all areas of the site may be available to you or other authorized users. You shall not interfere with any other user's enjoyment of the Services.
Legal Consequences. Any unauthorized use of our proprietary reports or a breach of system or network security may subject you to civil or criminal liability. We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately and without notice for any violation of these provisions and will cooperate fully with law enforcement in investigating suspected criminal violations.
Removal of Content and Enforcement of Terms. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any content that we believe violates these Terms or sections, is harmful to our systems (such as files containing viruses), or is otherwise inaccurate or objectionable. You agree that we may at any time, and at our sole discretion, terminate your use without prior notice to you for violating any of the above provisions. In addition, you acknowledge that we will cooperate fully with investigations of violations of systems or network security at other sites, including cooperating with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected criminal violations.
Cross-Default. Any violation of these Terms of Use or the prohibited conduct provisions herein shall constitute a material breach of your Client Service Agreement. We reserve the right to treat a termination or suspension of your Site access for cause as a simultaneous default under any other written agreement between us. In such an event, we may exercise any and all remedies available under those agreements, including the immediate termination of all professional services without refund.
6. THIRD PARTY SITES AND INFORMATION
This site may link you to other sites on the Internet or otherwise include references to information, documents, software, materials and/or services provided by other parties. These sites may contain information or material that some people may find inappropriate or offensive. These other sites and parties are not under our control, and you acknowledge that we are not responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, decency, or any other aspect of the content of such sites, nor are we responsible for errors or omissions in any references to other parties or their products and services. The inclusion of such a link or reference is provided merely as a convenience and does not imply endorsement of, or association with, the site or party by us, or any warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
THIS SITE UTILIZES PROPRIETARY AND THIRD-PARTY ANALYTICS SOFTWARE LICENSED FROM EXTERNAL PROVIDERS. WE PROVIDE THESE TOOLS "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE, NOR SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY TECHNICAL ISSUES, LOSS OF DATA OR PERFORMANCE, DATA INACCURACIES, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS CAUSED BY THESE THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS. YOUR USE OF SUCH TOOLS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THOSE RESPECTIVE PROVIDERS.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFORMATION
For purposes of these Terms of Use, "Content" is defined as any information, communications, software, photos, video, graphics, music, sounds, and other material or services found on our site. This includes:
● User Content: Any materials that you (the User) upload, post, or otherwise provide to the site, provided you are the legal owner or authorized assignee of such materials.
● Site Content: Any materials provided by us, our partners, or our affiliates that are made available through the service.
You retain your rights to any User Content you submit, post, or display on or through the site. distribute any documents, information or any pages from this site in any form or by any means without prior written permission from us, and you are solely responsible for obtaining permission before reusing any copyrighted material that is available on this site. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil. Nothing in these Terms of Use grants you any right to use any trademark, service mark, logo, and/or the name of Estiera Sport LLC d/b/a Soccer IQ Network or its Affiliates. The site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title or interest in the site, other Users’ content, or any of our trademarks, logos, or other brand features. So long as you comply with these Terms, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferrable, non-assignable, revocable license to access and use our site and Services. We may stop providing the Services or any of its features within our sole discretion. We also retain the right to create limits on use and storage and may remove or limit content distribution on the Services.
8. USER'S MATERIALS
Subject to our Privacy Policy, any material that you transmit to this site, for any reason, will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. While you retain ownership rights in such material, you grant Estiera Sport LLC and our designated licensees a non-exclusive, paid-up, perpetual, and worldwide right to copy, distribute, display, perform, publish, translate, adapt, modify, and otherwise use such material for any purpose. We respect the intellectual property of others, and we ask you to do the same. If you or any User of this site believes its copyright, trademark or other property rights have been infringed on this site, you should send notification to our Designated Agent (as identified below) immediately. To

You acknowledge and agree that upon receipt of a notice of a claim of copyright or other intellectual property rights infringement, we may, in our sole discretion, choose to immediately remove the identified materials from our site without liability to you or any other party and that the claims of the complaining party and the party that originally posted the materials, if it is a third party, may be referred to the United States Copyright Office for adjudication as provided in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, or other governmental or administrative body.
9. SITE CHANGES. We reserve the sole right to either modify or discontinue the site, including any features therein, at any time with or without notice to you. 10. DISRUPTIONS: You understand and agree that temporary interruptions of the services available through this site may occur as normal events. You further understand and agree that we have no control over third party networks you may access in the course of the use of this site, and therefore, delays and disruption of other network transmissions are completely beyond our control. 11. AS-IS: YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE SERVICES AVAILABLE ON THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND THAT WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE TIMELINESS, DELETION, MIS-DELIVERY, OR FAILURE TO STORE ANY USER COMMUNICATIONS OR PERSONALIZATION SETTINGS.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT (a) THE SERVICES AND MATERIALS OFFERED BY SOCCER IQ NETWORK WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (b) THE SERVICES AND MATERIALS OFFERED BY SOCCER IQ NETWORK WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (c) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF OUR SERVICES OR MATERIALS WILL BE EFFECTIVE, ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS (d) OUR SERVICES WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL MATERIALS OR (e) THE QUALITY OF ANY SERVICES, OR INFORMATION PROVIDED BY SOCCER IQ NETWORK OR OBTAINED BY YOU FROM SOCCER IQ NETWORK WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR BE FREE FROM MISTAKES, ERRORS OR DEFECTS. THIS SITE
COULD INCLUDE TECHNICAL OR OTHER MISTAKES, INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. WE MAY MAKE CHANGES TO THE MATERIALS AND SERVICES AT THIS SITE, INCLUDING THE PRICES AND DESCRIPTIONS OF ANY SERVICES, AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE. THE MATERIALS OR SERVICES AT THIS SITE MAY BE OUT OF DATE, AND WE MAKE NO COMMITMENT TO UPDATE SUCH MATERIALS OR SITE.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL SOCCER IQ NETWORK, OUR EMPLOYEES OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE RESULTING
FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA, GOODWILL, PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSS WHETHER OR NOT YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THIS SITE OR OF ANY WEB SITE REFERENCED OR LINKED TO FROM THIS SITE, YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SITE, THE SERVICE OR ANY MATERIALS OR CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE. SOME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF YOU ARE A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT, YOU WAIVE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE §1542, WHICH SAYS: "A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY'. THE TERMS IN THIS SECTION ARE ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN THE PARTIES. EACH OF THESE PROVISIONS ARE SEVERABLE AND INDEPENDENT OF ALL OTHER PROVISIONS OF THESE TERMS. THE LIMITATIONS APPLY EVEN IF ANY LIMITED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
14. INDEMNIFICATION. Upon a request by us, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Soccer IQ Network, its employees and directors harmless from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees, which arise from your use or misuse of this site, breach of these Terms, or infringement of any party’s rights. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.
15. USE OF SITE AND STORAGE OF MATERIAL
You acknowledge that we may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the services available on our site, including without limitation the maximum number of days that uploaded content will be retained on the site, the maximum disk space that will be allotted or our servers on your behalf, and the maximum number of times (and the maximum duration for which) you may access the services in a given period of time. Termination by Soccer IQ Network. You agree that we may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of this site, your account, and all accounts associated with, or believed to be associated with you, with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of these Terms of Use. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Termination by User. SOCCER IQ NETWORK offers both seasonal/fixed-term player analytics packages and fixed-term commitments. Your specific obligations regarding terminations are determined by the plan selected at the time of enrollment.
1. Seasonal Analytics packages. If you are enrolled in a Seasonal Analytics package, you are committing to the full duration of that season or term. are tied to a defined
number of matches, or as individual match analysis services.
2. Fixed-Term Commitments. If you enrolled in a fixed-term plan, you are committing to the full duration of that term. Whether you opt for our Seasonal Analytics Package, or a Fixed Term Commitment, the following applies:
● NO EARLY TERMINATION: You are legally obligated to pay all fees for the entirety of the selected term. submitting a cancellation request via the dashboard does not terminate your current payment obligations or entitle you to a refund.
● AUTO RENEWAL: TO PREVENT THE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL OF YOUR SEASONAL ANALYTICS PACKAGE OR FIXED TERM COMMITMENT INTO A SUBSEQUENT PERIOD, YOU MUST SUBMIT A NOTICE OF NON-RENEWAL VIA YOUR USER DASHBOARD AT LEAST 30 CALENDAR DAYS PRIOR TO THE EXPIRATION OF YOUR CURRENT TERM.
● ACCELERATION: In the event of a payment default on a any plan, the entire remaining balance of the term shall become immediately due and payable.
Effect of Termination. Upon termination or suspension, regardless of the reasons therefore, your right to use the services available on this site immediately ceases, and you acknowledge and agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or this site. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY CLAIMS OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION, OR ANY OTHER ACTIONS TAKEN BY US IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPACT TO YOUR INCOME OR YOUR ABILITY TO GENERATE

Court of Pinellas County and the United States District Court for Florida with respect to such matters.
Prohibition of Non-Individualized Relief. You agree that you may bring claims against Soccer IQ Network only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action or proceeding. Unless both you and Soccer IQ Network agree otherwise, the court or arbitrator may not consolidate or join more than one person’s or party’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a consolidated, representative, or class proceeding. Any relief awarded cannot affect other Users.
22. NOTICES
All notices to a party shall be in writing and shall be made either via e-mail or conventional mail. Notices to us must be sent to the attention of Customer Service at admin@socceriqnetwork.com, if by email, or at Soccer IQ Network, 7901 4th St N #STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL, 33702, US conventional mail. Notices to you may be sent either to the e-mail address supplied for your account or to the address supplied by you as part of your Registration Data. In addition, we may broadcast notices or messages through the site to inform you of changes to the site or other matters of importance, and such broadcasts shall constitute notice to you. Any notices or
communication under these Terms of Use will be deemed delivered to the party receiving such communication (a) on the delivery date if delivered personally to the party; (b) two business days after deposit with a commercial overnight carrier, with written verification of receipt; (c) five business days after the mailing date, if sent by US mail, return receipt requested; (d) on the delivery date if transmitted by confirmed facsimile; or (e) on the delivery date if transmitted by confirmed e-mail.
23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

We may free assign our rights and obligations under these Terms of Use. You agree not to sell, resell, reproduce, duplicate, copy, or use for any commercial purposes any portion of this site, or use of or access to this site. In addition to any excuse provided by applicable law, we shall be excused from liability for non-delivery or delay in delivery of services available through our site arising from any event beyond our reasonable control, whether or not foreseeable by either party, including but not limited to, labor disturbance, war, fire, accident, adverse weather, inability to secure transportation, governmental act or regulation, and other causes or events beyond our reasonable control, whether or not similar to those which are enumerated above.
