These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site. Your purchase of any paid service is also governed by our Client Service Agreement, which will be presented to you at checkout and is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the revised Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Eligibility and Customer Registration

To access any of our services (e.g., match analysis, season tracking, mentorship, Spain Experience), you must be a registered customer. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the applicable order form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your registration details. You do not need to create a user account to browse the Site, but you must complete the registration process (including providing contact and payment information) before purchasing or using any service.

4. Services and Purchases

All services offered through the Site are described on the Site. By placing an order, you agree to pay the fees specified. Payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed. All fees are non‑refundable except as expressly stated in the Client Service Agreement. Detailed terms regarding service delivery, cancellation, and liability are set forth in the Client Service Agreement, which you must accept before completing any purchase.

5. User Content and Submissions

You may submit match videos, images, text, and other content ("User Content") to the Site. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, store, and display the User Content solely to provide the Services. You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights to the User Content, including any rights of individuals appearing in videos (teammates, opponents, referees). You agree to indemnify us for any claims arising from your User Content.

6. Promotional Use of Reports and Summaries

You agree that we may use anonymized versions of your performance reports, data summaries, and visualizations for promotional, educational, or portfolio purposes. Any such use will be strictly anonymous—no personally identifiable information (including name, team, or video footage containing identifiable faces) will be disclosed without your separate written consent. If you prefer that your data not be used in this way, you may opt out by emailing us at admin@socceriqnetwork.com.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, dashboards, reports, methodologies, and software, is the property of Soccer IQ Network or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any such content without our prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami‑Dade County, Florida. You waive any objection to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.

Mandatory Individual Arbitration: At our election, any dispute may be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You agree that class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Client Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right.
